Home Care Nurse – Advanced Care

Essentials:
Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and proficiency in checking vital signs. Skilled in administering oral medications, SC/IV/IM injections, IV fluids, IV cannulation, and managing medications through gastric tubes.

Experience:
1–5 years of bedside clinical experience.

Qualification:
Diploma in GNM.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with Ryles tube insertion and suctioning, colostomy care, and the ability to make sound decisions, solve problems effectively, and respond positively to new challenges.

Home Care Nurse – Critical Care

Essentials:
Capable of working independently with excellent communication skills, able to make informed decisions, resolve issues effectively, and adapt confidently to new and challenging situations.

Experience:
1–5 years of bedside clinical experience.

Qualification:
Diploma in GNM or B.Sc Nursing.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in oxygen therapy (BI-PAP/CPAP), managing ventilated patients, tracheostomy care, Ryles tube insertion and suctioning, as well as handling colostomy cases.

Home Care Nurse – Basic Care

Essentials:
Able to work independently with strong communication skills, and skilled in monitoring temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure, and SpO₂ levels.

Experience:
1–5 years of bedside clinical activities.

Qualification:
DGNM, B.Sc Nursing, or ANM.

Preferred Skills:
Ability to make sound decisions, solve problems effectively, and adapt to new challenges. Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

Sr. HR Executive

Essentials:
Proficient in Excel with strong skills in report generation.

Experience:
4 years of professional experience.

Qualification:
Graduate with an MBA in HR.

Preferred Skills:
Strong interpersonal abilities, team management skills, experience in nurse hiring and bulk hiring, and familiarity with payroll processes.

Homecare Physician

Essentials:
Proficient in Excel with strong skills in report generation.

Experience:
2–4 years of experience, preferably in Emergency or ICU, will be an added advantage.

Qualification:
MBBS.

Senior Accounts Executive

Essentials:
Responsible for complete bookkeeping, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and payroll accounting. Ensures TDS and GST compliance, handles reimbursements, and supports monthly financial analysis and ad-hoc reporting.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to the healthcare industry.

Qualification:
B.Com or M.Com is mandatory; MBA in Finance is preferred.

Preferred Skills:
Hands-on experience with TDS and GST filings, Tally, and MS Excel. Should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong team player with good analytical and communication skills.
